Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Celestial Sets is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at checkout. If you enter the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@celestialsets.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Celestial Sets is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we may assist you where possible by providing order and tracking information.

9. International Orders

Due to the handcrafted and hygiene-sensitive nature of press-on nails, certain items may be final sale, including but not limited to:

To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@celestialsets.com within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging unless otherwise approved.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

11. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once production has started.

12. Sizing Responsibility

We may provide sizing kits, sizing charts, or measurement instructions to help customers choose the best fit. However, Celestial Sets is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

If you are unsure of your nail size, we recommend purchasing a sizing kit before ordering a custom or made-to-order set.

13. Cancellations and Changes

We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

For custom or made-to-order products, cancellations may not be permitted after work has begun.
